Marion Ratie

Executive Producer
Marion’s production journey began with promoting and managing arts and music events, developing a deep passion for connecting people.
She later immersed myself in the interactive world, producing diverse projects—from digital campaigns to websites and VR training tools through AI-driven retail activations, kinetic installations, and service innovations—for top agencies and global brands.
Marion’s passion for bringing challenging visions to life is at the core of everything she does.
In her spare time, you could find her hiking in the Peak District, painting, jamming on the flute, or encouraging young people to find their voice through storytelling.
Mark Kershaw

Mark’s affinity with the creative world started as a DJ, music producer and film sound designer.
Moving into the creative sector over 10 years ago, Mark has worked mainly in client facing roles with some of the biggest brands on the planet; helping them craft stories across a variety of different disciplines.
Clients included ASICS, Adidas, HEAD, JP Morgan, Barclays, HSBC, Anglo American, Nokia/HMD amongst many more.
Outside of work he spends most of his time having fun with his young daughter and enjoying plant-based food.
Mark’s secret recipe? The kitchen is his secret creative lab!
